Great App, Even Better Customer Service

I bought this a bit apprehensively, and didn’t know quite what to expect. I am extremely happy with my decision!! This app has helped me get my gmail account under control. I had 7,000 emails, and had saved the ones I needed and deleated all the ones I didn’t after about twenty minutes.

I like the feel this app has. Its a lot like text messages or messenger on apple products. Very clean, and very powerful. Two thumbs up.

However the story takes a turn…
After using the app for several weeks, it stopped updating. Confused, I began just using the gmail web client becasue I didn’t want to deal with it. Eventually I missed Unibox so much, I emailed them at 11pm asking for help. I was helped by 8am the next day by someone with patience and technical know how.

Nobody has that good of service. Thanks Unibox!

And of course…I recommend this product.
